Linear Profile Collection offers a complete and varied series of luminous and linear elements suitable for any possibilities both for indoor and outdoor use.

As the beating heart of our collection the Linear Led Strips, entirely designed and manufactured in our Italian factory, are now available in several and different models characterized by high efficiency in light emission Dozens of different profiles some of whom are just and only by our own design, allow to develop and create creative and suggestive lighting projects on specific architectural elements or simply on locations fulfilling every requirement. You can find the duration, the high power of resistance to environmental saline corrosive agents, the great thermal dissipation, the higher rates of temperature between -30/+50 degrees. Linear Profile collection includes adjustable or mini profiles, hidden lights, recessed and suspended models both in natural anodized aluminium optimized for the white lighting flux or single colour as required. Linear Profile IP Six Series models are manufactured using aluminium protective anti-corrosive procedures and a protective treatment with internal resin processing that allows product to be installed outdoor, IP 65-67 compliance.

Aluminium and steel profiles

More than fifty different profiles available in stock allows us to manage the product customization with reduced production times as well as meet the needs of prototyping and creation of dedicated versions. The profiles are made with extrusion of aluminium alloys code 6060, 6063-T5 and processed with natural anodizing treatment, in thickness between 15 and 20 microns, to ensure adequate resistance to outdoor environments. The AISI 304 steel profile is used for salt and in chlorinated water installation. The profile finishing includes as standard colours silver grey, white, black and it is possible to customize the product in RAL colour.

High quality LED strip

We use only SMD LEDs with a selected Bin Code, and with 2-3 SMac Adam Steps. Our CRI range is between 85-92, all diodes are compliant to L80-LM80 regulation. They come only from certified manufacturers and meeting the quality, durability and glare prevention regulations.

Diffusers, lenses and resin

All products are characterized by a different optical kit depending on the chosen profile and related of the use in specific installations. The covers for the indoor versions have different finishes, transparent, frost, or prismatic. Diffusers are UV-resistant thanks to a specific molecular composition. The narrow beam optics, linear or single diode, allow to create a precise beam angle effect.

The resin processing department is another excellence of the production site. They have responsibilities of the very delicate phase in which the two-component non-toxic polyurethane resins, UV treated, injected in shape liquid once stratified in various passages give life to the finished product in different variants without the slightest qualitative difference.
